Is the lodging cost included in the reunion registration fee?
No, the lodging fee is not including in the registration fee. You must pay for your room separately.
What does my registration fee cover?
Your registration fee helps cover the fun, food, and activities planned for our reunion weekend! Your fee includes:
* 🍽️ Meals: Food for the Friday Welcome Kickoff, the Saturday Cookout & the Sunday brunch
* 👕 Reunion Shirt: One official Smith Family Reunion shirt
* 🏛️ Pavilion Rental: Costs associated with our reunion event space
* 🎥 Videographer: Capturing special memories throughout the weekend
* 🎉 Weekend Supplies: Decorations, activities, and other supplies needed to make our reunion memorable
Can I break up the registration fee into smaller payments?
Absolutely! You can easily break up your registration costs. Just select one of our available payment options on the payment tab. We will send you a confirmation and an updated statement after every payment so you can track your balance.

Can I bring a plus one to the family reunion event?
Yes, you can bring a plus one, but you must contact the planning committee first to confirm the guest fee and ensure the venue has enough capacity.
Do I have to pay to reserve my room at the resort for the reunion?
No. There is no payment required to reserve your reunion room. However, the hotel will require a debit or credit card to be placed on file to secure the reservation. Any applicable room charges will be handled directly with the hotel.
Can I add an extra night or check in early at the same nightly group rate?
Yes, absolutely! Here is are the steps:
- Book your initial stay for September 3rd-5th.
- Once you receive your confirmation email, forward it to Elizabeth Brosnan at elizabeth.brosnan@hgv.com
- Include the extra day you want to add in your message
Is the reunion fee per person or per household?
The reunion fee is charged per individual attendee.
How much is the initial deposit and when it is due?
The initial reunion deposit fee is $ 25 per attendee and is due by December 1st. However, please review the complete payment schedule under the "Payment Information" tab.
